We are unable to cancel your order or change your address once your package has been dispatched.
If you would like to to cancel your package please contact the support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you within 48 hours. Alternatively, you can contact us directly by using our chat on site.
Please note a small fee will be deducted for shipping costs from all refunds/ cancellations. However, if there is a chance the product is by any chance faulty we will be happy to refund without any shipping costs, as long as you provide us photos of any reaction that might have occurred.
If you have known skin conditions or reactions to the ingredients we provide please read the list of ingredients on the back of the box, please do a patch test on the inside of your elbow and/ or consult your GP prior.
